This program covers two phases

  1. Knowledge Delivery - Training sessions covering Credit Risk and Effective CAM Writing Methods for Relationship Managers (RMs)
  2. Training Assessment - Structured Case Study assessments that the RMs have to submit based on select cases published to them over our portal.

The programs objective is to - 

  • Provide an objective Training Evaluation Model for Credit Training
  • Ensure application of training outcome to participant’s day-to-day function

This program is targeted at a Bank or Financial Institutions relationship managers.

The program framework is applicable to all kinds of credit proposal - Fee-based products, Complete Working Capital offerings, Term Loans and Project Finance areas. Program participants can be from SME, mid-corporate or any other segment of corporate banking executives.
